Filming is finally over. And I have, through the help of the Faculty's ICT unit, figured out my video & audo problem - my pc isn't l337 enough to handle extreme hi-res video capture. >_<;

All is well for now though. The helpful ICT unit captured it for us. I have the shots on my CDs right now!

Except I haven't quite figured out how to use that video editting program... ^______^;

Have spent so far, 3 days shooting for Documentary & Music Video.

Also had a test last Tuesday. Almost laughed (with hysterical relief) upon reading the questions (ask later).

Will be spending the next few days in a somewhat gruelling shooting (of the camera kind of course) spree. I have and will be taking shots in Putrajaya, Taman Medan and the KL/ PJ.

Have spent past 2 weeks preparing for post mortem of event, including but not limited to reports, assessments, etc.

Am really tired but I hate admitting that sometimes I think that crazy crazy lecturer is right about the "evil western theory of sleep". sometimes i think sleep just wastes our lives away. gawd, i wish i was like the bfg.

So, I'm sorry, but I really must stress out that schedule is not flexible at the moment.

but what do you expect, honestly? i need to print 150 sheets on color. you think i'm gonna use my own printer?? or that these buggers would give us a budget to just color photocopy it? and the 150 is just for starters.

i wanted to gush about the gift khalil gave for valentine's day on the entry that got interrupted. don't have time now tho. have to get going to angkasapuri for some morning show.

Most Miserable Chinese New Year. Ever.

Noticed all the fireworks this year? On my balcony, I can sometimes spot 3 places shooting fireworks at the same time. Every night, til like 1 or 2 am depending, I can spot fireworks. Heck, my own neighbours are doing it.
We tolerate it. I mean, I used to play with fireworks myself with my dad (before the ban). Of course, my dad being dad, never ever bought those gigantically awesome displays.
Anyway, one night we heard that loud BLAM! The next day, my grandma finds a Really Big Stick on the car roof.
A piece of a firework. The big kind.
We were annoyed, my grandma distressed, but at least no one got hurt and nothing was broken.
Or so we thought.
And then came the Really Bad Storm last night, the one with the Really Bad-Ass Wind.
And BAMFH! My bedroom ceilling fell down.
And to add to the misery, it rained. Twice.
I spent sometime cleaning up the mess, risking electrocution as I recklessly pulled out the fan and hairdryer (it was at the Wet Zone) and other stuff.
So the repair man came today. He found a Hole on the roof.
The thing is, we had the roof reshingled quite recently. Not even 5 years. It looked like something had smashed it.
Fuck. The firework.

Can I just emphasize again what a miserable CNY this is? 2005 CNY blows.

Today is Khalil's birthday, and by god, it started out as a complete disaster for me.
I was going to do an entry with a full blow-by-blow of the malapetaka yg melanda. Abuden I realise how trivial my misery is was. There are other ppl more deserving of a good bitching session than I.
I'm grateful now, that I eventually managed to celebrate Khalil's birthday - even if I was about 2 hours late. >_<
I'm happy that I stuffed him silly with sushi and chocolate coated strawberries! I'm happy I embarrassed him infront of his friends (do u know how many of his friends we keep bumping into at klcc? jeez. mcm jln dgn YB) when I gave him a bouquet of ferrero rochers! I'm happy he likes his birthday present! I'm happy he's wearing his Valentine's present!
